Coaching is private and confidential. No information will be shared with any other party except the client and coach. Dates and times of coaching are arranged by mutual agreement. Coaching takes place over the phone or online. Extended support can take place through e-mail. Remember to call or e-mail Joan to set up a times and dates.  You can schedule as many or as few sessions as you wish; you can stop at any time. Fees are not refundable.
